Terms & conditions of operations:
Supplement of US$ 20 for Suites 501+502 as they both include 2 bathrooms
( 1st bathroom with Bath and 2nd bathroom with Shower )
Tourists are persons who entered Israel with foreign passports and their passports were stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3 are exempt from paying V.A.T. All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship are subject to 15.5% V.A.T.
Continental Breakfast $ 10 per person
Check in: 2:00 p.m. Check out: 12:00 Noon.
Rates are in US$ Dollars, per suite, per night, room only.
Israelis will be charged 15.50% VAT.
Tourists are exempt from VAT if payment is made in foreign currency.
Reservations must be in writing and guaranteed by a valid Credit Card.
Cancellations will be accepted if a written notification was received at the hotel at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
Late cancellations & no-shows will be charged. The charge is for 1 night.
Premature departure after check-in must be coordinated and accepted by the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. The hotel is entitled to charge for premature departures made less than 24 hours in advance. the charge is for 1 night.
